We are running the Cardiff Half Marathon on the 17th October to Raise money for Help for Hereos and SSAFFA Norton house. My husband was seriously injured in Afganistan in Febuary this year, whilst serving with 1Royal Welsh.

He is on the road to recovery but it has been a hard few months. My husband has been my motivation to run the half Marathon and I would also like to give something back to the Charities who have helped us along the way and who continue to help us.
