Hello!

I am running the London Marathon to raise money for Connect - the communication disability network. They were really supportive to my best friend Sonia's recovery when she suffered a stroke in 2009.

It would be great if you could support me by donating any amount, below is some more information about the charity....

Connect is an innovative national charity. Our vision is a world where people living with aphasia find opportunity and fulfilment. Aphasia is a communication disability that usually arises from stroke, but which can also be caused by brain injury and tumour. People with aphasia may find it hard to speak, write, understand language and use numbers. http://www.ukconnect.org/

Or support in person! come and cheer me (and Hannah) on the day. The loudest effort gets a free beer in the Hood afterwards..!! (there will be a collection box in the pub as well for donations)
