<p>Hello!</p>
<p>I am running the London Marathon to raise money for Connect - the communication disability network. They were really supportive to my best friend Sonia's recovery when she suffered a stroke in 2009.</p>
<p>It would be great if you could support me by donating any amount, below is some more information about the charity....</p>

Our vision is a world where people living with aphasia find opportunity and fulfilment. Aphasia is a communication disability that usually arises from stroke, but which can also be caused by brain injury and tumour. <p>Or support in person! come and cheer me (and Hannah) on the day. The loudest effort gets a free beer in the Hood afterwards..!! (there will be a collection box in the pub as well for donations)</p>
