I will be taking part in the 9 mile dawn walk on Sunday 22nd August 2010 to raise much needed funds for St David's Hospice.

St David's Hospice is a charity providing palliative care free of charge to adult patients from across North West Wales. The Hospice care's for adults living with cancer and terminal illness and cater's for the individual’s special needs, be they physical, emotional or spiritual. Symptom control and pain relief constitute an important part of the therapy that the Hospice offers. Patients and their families are cared for by a team of highly trained nurses, medical staff and other healthcare professionals
