Taking part in the first two Brighton and Hove Marathons in glorious sunshine was a great experience for me. However, this year I’ve done even less training, could not even contemplate the Half Marathon in February, and will really have to draw on my stamina and determination to get round. For the first time, a doubt has crept in that I might not even make it! But before I talk myself out of it, I will be running again for Whoopsadaisy. Andy’s company has a charitable foundation so this year, the John Laing Charitable Trust will match my total sponsorship £ for £ up to £500 so please, please make a small donation for this great cause as it really will make a difference!

Using Conductive Education, a system of learning that originates from the Hungarian Peto Institute, they build upon a child’s existing abilities and skills and work on developing their range and control of movement resulting in a more active and independent life.
