I will be travelling to Tanzania to climb Mt Kilimanjaro in aid of Clic Sargent!

They are a hugely deserving charity who provide vital emotional, practical and financial support to children and young people with cancer, as well as their families. Clic Sargent work with young people right up to the age of 24, ensuring that both the individual and their family receives the support which works best for them at extremely difficult times.

I will be trekking the Lemosho route, which approaches Kilimanjaro from the West and is often considered to be the most remote and scenic compared to other options. In April 2014 I travelled to Nepal to trek in the Himalayas and now my feet are itching again. This is a huge personal challenge - this trip is entirely self-funded and therefore every penny raised will go to Clic Sargent.
