Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On 20th September I am doing the Great North Run (13.1 miles half marathon) and am aiming to complete this in 2 hours. Three weeks later I am competing in my first triathlon in Stratford-Upon Avon. This comprises a 400m swim, 23K bike ride and 5K run so it will be tough! This years sponsorship will be going to Help the Aged whom I have supported since doing a race on their behalf last November. My fundraising target is £500 and any total amounts i will double with a donation from Xpress Solutions.

I will be posting results / photos of each event on our website so please look out for these!

Please give generously to an organisation who works tirelessly on behalf of the elderley.
