What!

yes i am running, yes i am crazy, yes you should sponsor me! NOW

Where!?

Nottingham, the land of robin hood, ummmm shooting and ummm me!

If your not booked already for the sunday come watch my slowly distroy my body, and join me for a drink by the riverside after so i can drink away my pain

the run is quite pretty it goes down by the riverside and all the way round wollaton park where im sure the deer will outrun me! so you can chill out with a picnic in the park, or hang out in the bars by the river

Why!?

why put myself through the pain again? - because i want to run under 2 hours this time or ill be running again next year!

why the macular disease society - well there the charity that has supported me and my family through all my eye problems, they do all sorts of stuff and they are great (click on them to get the technical stuff
