Hi everyone. By now you all know that I'm running the British 10K London Run 2008 next month. It's my first big race and I've been training for weeks - it's exciting.

I'm hoping that by doing so I can also raise donations for my favourite charity. I chose Medecins Sans Frontieres because it does outstanding work around the world, saving lives, often in difficult and dangerous environments.
