Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Myself and Danielle Van Noorden are going to be cycling 60 miles from London to Brighton for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, as many of you know my daughter Lily has Cystic Fibrosis and was diagnosed with this at 2 weeks old from the heel prick test she had at 5 days old.

For those of you that don't know much about Cystic Fibrosis (CF) it is one of the UK's most common life-threatening inherited diseases. It affects over 8500 people in the UK.
CF affects the internal organs, especially the lungs and digestive system, by clogging them with thick sticky mucus. This makes it hard to breathe and digest food.
Each week 5 babies are born with CF, and 3 young lives are also lost.

The current median age of survival is 38, whilst that is a big improvement compared to years ago please help me in raising as much money as possible to help increase the age or even towards a cure!!!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. So please dig deep and donate now.
