Hi everyone,

Its that time of year again  and I have added a new recruit to my attempt to run the British 10k run - Mark.

We are running to raise charity for Casa Alianza once more, a charity that helps homesless children in Centra America, giving them short term support and opportunities in the long term too.

So please please please could you spare a little money for our cause? We receive matched funding from our employers too so whatever you give is doubled. Plus, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
