I am doing a sponsored 5 mile walk (wheel!) to raise funds for JoLt (Journey of a life time trust.) Charity No. 1088591

JoLt is a small charity run on a totally voluntary basis by a group of ordinary people with families and careers. It was set up in 1983 to make a positive lasting difference to the lives of disabled, ill, neglected and abused young people.

The most recent expedition took place in July 2008 to Namibia, Lesotho and South Africa.

In 1998 I went on the expedition to the Middle East and had a fantastic time.  If you know about who benefit from the JoLt experience I would highly recommend it.
