Hello!

I shall be taking part in this years Great South Run which is a 10 mile run held down in Portsmouth....... and I want to raise some money!

I landed this place through work and the charity I am supporting is International Alert who promote peace in Violent areas in the world.

It will be tough - there will be blisters - training is underway and im ready for action!
