Our personal message:

Thank you for taking the time to visit my sponsorship page for the London Triathlon 2008.

Last year I competed in the sprint distance which was a huge enough challenge for me, but as I now know I can do that I thought I had better raise the bar. So this year I am doubling the distances and taking part in the Olympic event.

If all goes well I will be swimming 1.5km, cycling 40km and running 10km.

It will be extremely tough and require a lot of hard work in training, but if I raise lots of money for EveryChild then it will be well worth it.

Check out their website: www.everychild.org.uk They do lots of extremely worthwhile work with vulnerable children all over the world so you can be sure that your cash is going towards a very good cause.
