Hello friends!

This year,  I shall be running/jogging/walking/crawling/collapsing the adidas womens 5k challenge on 7th september 2008... we're raising money for Heart Link. This charity provided so much support which helped one of my very close friends and her beautiful little baby -Lola Singleton, last year.

Lola was born with an incurable lung disease, and sadly she went back to play with the angels after a brave 20 days fighting for life. She will always be in our hearts, and Heart Link is the perfect way of helping to keep her memory alive... 

By raising funds for equiptment and  facilities, along with support for other families who are going through the unthinkable, Lola will shine on- So please please please dig deep.....
