I completed the half marathon in 2 hours ,2 mins & 6 seconds

As most of you know, I took up running a couple of years ago.  I thought it was about time I did a half marathon & did something for charity.

Onto the charity.... I am running for, as most of you know and particularly those of you who have cooked for me - probably most!  the Coeliac Society.  I was diagnosed with coeliac disease in 2002 and it was quite a life changing experience for me.  I was helped through this transition by Coeliac UK.  In turn I would now like to give something back to this great organisation which makes it possible for people like me to adjust to a complete eating regime which will dictate our lives forever as well as those around us.

1 in 100 of us have Coeliac and the more awareness raised by Coeliac UK the better for those already and equally important to those yet to be diagnosed.

So please dig deep and sponsor me as the training is pretty hard work and I doubt I'll be running a marathon!!
