Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Chest, Heart & Stroke Scotland gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation. I want to raise money for this charity in memory of my brother in-law Robert Gilmour who sadly passed away on October 12th 2007 from a heart  attack. I would like to thank Iain for training me to hopefully achieve my goal, my family and friends for their encouragement and support and everyone who donates to this charity. x

So please sponsor me now!

Cant believe the donations that have been given from my  family's friends and colleagues that I have never met. Thank you all very much .

Thankyou to everyone who donated to the charity.
I am pleased to inform everyone that I finished the very difficult marathon in five hours. Apart from walking like  a penguin for four days after the run, I am back to
feeling fit again. It was a fantastic experience. Thank you to my husband Iain for training and supporting me throughout, and to my family for being there on the day of the race to encourage me.
