My personal message:

This is my first half marathon and boy am I nervous.  I've been training hard and hope to put in a decent time...whether I'll still be smiling at the end, who knows!

I really want to make a difference in this world and believe that raising funds for Traidcraft is one step in the right direction.  By supporting me, you are helping people in Africa and Asia get paid a fair wage for their produce and work their way out of poverty.  It helps people to support their families and provide the food, clothes and education they need. - something we all take for granted.

One way is to buy Fair Trade food and clothes.  Another is to sponsor me.  My company Bango (thanks Ray and Anil!) will match whatever you give so please be as generous as you can.  I really appreciate it
