Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page! I am excited about this challenge and how much money we could raise for MSF's vital work.

Tomorrow, I will be leaving for Kathmandu for an 18 day hike up to the Basecamp of Mount Everest. This will comprise of about 57hrs trekking, and will take me to an altitude of 5545m (16,901ft)! I have already started training, and I have less than 2 months to completely overhaul my fitness level!

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Médecins Sans Frontières UK will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

I know that this will be an amazing life experience, and I want to give as much to it as I take away. Your sponsorship money will not be paying for my flights, registration, or for the expedition. I will be paying £1800 to cover the cost of the challenge, so that all sponsorship and donations received will go to Médecins Sans Frontières.

Please dig deep and sponsor me online. Many thanks for your support!

Sarah xx
