On the 17th April 2011 I am going to run the Virgin London Marathon.  This will be the finale after a year long training program.

- 10km (London May 2010)
- 21km (Oslo Sept 2010) and now the big one...
- 42km (London April 2011)  THE GOAL!!!!

So over the next few months I'll have a limited social life and will be enduring months of painful training but all for a good cause.  I'm raising money for the The Cardiomyopathy Association.  Cardiomyopathy is a disease of the heart muscle that affects people of any age and whilst it's not curable it can usually be treated successfully.   Eliot's Aunt works for the charity and they really do some fantastic work.

Every penny you donate goes towards this great charity so please help me make a difference to people who need support.
