Hello! In a moment of weakness I decided it would be a good idea to try running the London Marathon (they say that turning 30 does funny things to you... seems to be true). Despite the fact that after doing a 10k an osteopath said "you should choose a sport other than running, your body is just not designed for it" I am not detered - there is nothing that some ibruprofen and a good knee support can't solve..... I am raising money for a great charity, the Family Welfare Association. FWA is a national, registered charity that provides practical, emotional and financial help to children and families facing a wide range of difficulties. Any donation you can make would be hugley appreciated and gratefully received, no matter how small. Your support can make all the difference to family life to those who are not as fortunate as ourselves. In return for your generosity, everyone who sponsors me will be entered into a raffle to win a MAGNUM OF MOET! Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
Thank you for any help you can give! Paul is also running, in memory of his brother James who tragically and unexpectedly died at the age of 18 last year from epilepsy -if you would like to sponsor him too, the link to his page is as follows: http://www.justgiving.com/formybrotherjames
Many thanks for your support. Sarah x
