For some silly reason, back in Febuary on a cold Friday night, I decided - along with some friends over a glass of wine - that it would be a good idea to do the Great North Run......I'm now thinking why-o-why ???

It's the most efficient way for me to raise funds for my charity. If you are a UK taxpayer your donation will be increased by almost a third at no cost to you.
