Story
In September 2008 I am taking part in a 10,000 km cycle rally, Down Right Kenya, in aid of rural Kenyan schools. The ride will take between 4 and 6 months to complete - so I'm going to be very fit by the time I finish!
Each rider is raising £3,000 - about AUD$6,000 - in order to build a primary school for 700 children. Every cent raised from donations will go directly to the school - the cost of cycling for 6 months comes from my own pocket.
**** Important: Because HSK is a UK based charity, you won't be eligible to claim a tax deduction via the Australian tax system. Thanks for your understanding! ****
Donations via Justgiving can only be made in Great British Pounds, so make sure you do a currency conversion to make sure you donate the amount you intend! www.xe.com/ucc
