I have left this a little late as I am doing the Great North Run (half marathon) this coming Sunday 5th October.... I have been training hard all year for this event and I must admit am not looking forward to it!!! Although I ran 11 miles yesterday in preparation, i know it will be tough, so please please find time to sponsor me, however much or little that may be.

I personally, will double any amount raised and the donation will be going to the Springhill Hospice, Rochdale. Should I complete the race in my target time of under 2 hours, I will donate another £100.....
