I'm racing again this year in celebration of the most wonderful women and men I have known and lost to cancer.
Sadly since I joined up this year I have to add another name to the list, the inspirational Jane Ridley, taken from us far too soon. I worked for Jane at the University she was an awe inspiring lady, strong, sensitive and very talented, she lost a very short fight with breast cancer earlier this year. She leaves a big hole in many peoples lives.
A team of HR colleagues at the University will be running/walking/skipping in her memory and I am proud to join them.

Well funded research is the only way we will beat this disease so if you can spare a few pennies why not pledge them.
If you can't spare any pennies then you are welcome to give your support and come and watch me turn the colour of a raspberry over the 5K course - just see last years photo! Ice lollys at the ready, here I come!
Don't forget to add Gift Aid
If you're a UK taxpayer, please remember to tick the Gift Aid box as this will increase your donation by at least 25% at no extra cost to you.
Sponsor me now, and help me show cancer that hell hath no fury like a woman in pink (I think that's referring to my face at the finish line).
