My personal message:

Some people just never learn.  Despite being a year older I'm going to have another go at getting to Paris by bike.  I am planning to cycle, once again, all 250 miles to Paris, increasing the average age of the MDM team by about 15 years.  

MDM is an international humanitarian aid organisation whose mission is

     - to provide medical care to vulnerable populations who are victims of conflict, natural disasters or extreme poverty

     - to recruit medical and non-medical professionals who are willing to volunteer their time and expertise 

     - to "bear witness" to any abuses of human rights, especially the denial of access or any obstacles to healthcare
