I have decided to challenge myself and complete a 10K run for "Acorns" Children's hospital. 

Acorns was established in 1988, they offer a network of car for life limited and life threatened children and young people, and their families, across the heart to England. These children and young people are not expected to reach adulthood and require specialist care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I personally think that they are an amazing charity and do amazing work not just for the child/young adult but for the whole family too.
