As most of you will know I am Running the FLORA LONDON MARATHONon the 26 APRIL, ( yep THE BIG ONE the whole 26.4miles)!

To Help me train I am ALSO RUNNING:

Milton Keynes Half Marathon(13.2Miles) on the 8th March  &

SILVERSTONE Half Marathon(13.2 Miles) on the 15th March!!!! 

As you may know nearly all of us in some way or another have been effected by CANCER, & whats better than getting fit and raising money for SCANNAPPEAL, who help provide vital funds for medical equipment in the Bucks area for Cancer Patients.

The money raised will go towards:

The Cancer Fighting Fund is a multi-million pound Appeal to purchase state-of the-art equipment to detect cancer, and for the treatment of cancer patients. Until 2012 there will be a variety of projects, large and small, to provide 21st century care for different types of cancers.

Phase Two (£150,000) will fund a special laser for less invasive treatment of prostate cancer, an automated processor to allow a rapid prostate biopsy results service and specialist equipment to assess those with possible bladder cancer.
