I'm cycling the 54 miles from London to Brighton in June both as a personal challenge and also to raise money for a local charity - St Christopher's Hospice in Sydenham, South East London. The charity provided care for a friend and neighbour of ours near the end of her life and does the same for many others. Many people are touched by cancer in one way or another, so please dig deep and support them.
