<p><span style="color: #008000;">Hello Guys.</span></p> <p><span style="color: #008000;">Well to keep it short and sweet over the last <strong>2 years</strong> I've lost about <strong>4 stone</strong>, and finally got my fitness in order.</span></p> <p><span style="color: #008000;">I'm running a few cheeky 10k's throughout the summer and the Cardiff Half Marathon in October, but my biggest challenge will be the 2011 Virgin London Marathon which I've amazingly got a place in! <br /></span></p> <p><span style="color: #008000;"><br /></span></p> <p><span style="color: #008000;">I'm running on behalf of St. John's Ambulance and I<strong> HAVE</strong> to raise a minimum of <strong>&pound;1500</strong> otherwise I've got to make up the difference myself, so any donations, big or small would be much appreciated.
