Dear all,

After having dragged my wheezing body over the Himalayas and up and down those *@!#!*  steps of the Great Wall of China, my masochistic tendancies have now prompted me to continue my endeavours to a further challenge in the remote and rugged Northwest region of Vietnam that borders China.

On the 27th of February 2010 I will be setting off to Vietnam with a group of fellow trekkers for 7 days of trekking in the Sapa region of Vietnam. There will be no 5 star hotels or limos......just shoe leather, camping and staying with local villagers.

I am doing this to raise money for The Children's Trust. A national charity that provides an unrivalled level of care for children with multiple disabilities and complex health needs. This will be my third trek for the Children's Trust who require funding to continue providing this specialist care and in particular for their outreach work taking care in to the community.
