Out of dubious origins (you really don't want to know) comes the Sutton & Cheam Yacht club. A group of mates whose yarns about their epic adventures are now so wide that even they don't what's true and what's not.

So to redress the balance we're off on the three peaks challenge. That's 24 miles of walking with 3000m of ascent and 500 miles of driving all in the space of a day.... and this time it's for a good cause.

Winston's Wish helps children through the grieving process of losing a parent. They provide support for young people and their carers during the painful and confusing period of loss and bereavement.

From the left - George is the instigator of this jaunt and the originator of most of our epic tales (he tells a good pirate story too). Aidan is next and then Dave. Harry's on the far right. None of us can actually believe George has talked us into this - George just can't believe that one of his ideas is actually going to happen. Dave is so keen he's given up beer and Harry and Aidan have talked a lot about getting fit.

As you can tell, we're a healthy bunch and don't actually posses one suitable picture with the four of us in it. So this one has been doctored, no honestly it's not a real picture. Dave's head really is that large, we're just not really at the top of a mountain.

So not only are we totally unsuitable for the task but we have to get dave's head to the top as well.
