Back in 2011 I asked you to support me to ride from London to Paris - well 8 years on I'm doing it again - this time to raise money for an amazing organisation called ASTRiiD.

So 8 years older,  quite a few (more than I'd like) kg heavier I'm asking for your support again.  Salesforce will match EVERY £ you give,  and all of your donations will go to ASTRiiD, so please make the most of that and give generously knowing your money will be doubled.

ASTRiiD's mission is to help people with long term, chronic illness find meaningful work. ASTRiiD believe that value of work is far more than the wages that are paid.  Work provides normality, routine, challenges and rewards and help gives our members a positive mental attitude.
