I am doing the great south run again this year and thought i would do it for diabetes uk as my ship is doing a spinning for diabetes charity event in november which im also in (god im going to be knackered) anyway this is the quiet killer and needs to be highlighted as people are getting overweight (before you say it yes i know thats why im doing the run) lots of people don't even know they have it.so any donation would help towards research to eradicate this awful disease.Thanks Sean
