Ben was a dearly loved father, husband, brother, son and friend who is greatly missed.  He died of pneumonia just 2 days after his 37th birthday leaving behind a young family; wife Emma and young boys Jacob and Sam.

A team of Ben's family and friends will cycle coast to coast across the French Pyrenees on 22nd-27th June 2014 to raise money in Ben's name for Winston's Wish, a charity which supports bereaved children.

I am joining them for 250 miles over 3 days with an ascent of over 5 miles, climbing 8 cols including the famous Tour de France giants Col du Tourmalet, Col d'Aspin and Col d'Aubisque.
