Teenage Cancer Trust is a fantastic charity helping young people aged 13-24 who are diagnosed with cancer. They do amazing work to help deal with the emotional, physical and practical needs of teenagers with cancer and provide great support so young people don't face cancer alone.
I have seen first-hand some of the brilliant facilities and care they provide and its effect on their patients. I'm very proud to be raising money in memory of Alex and for a great charity. 
I'd really appreciate any donations to help such a good cause!
