Hello Friends,

We are embarking on a journey to cycle the length of the U.K. for the Douglas McMillan Hospice. The route from John O'Groats to Land's End is approximately 1000 miles, and we are aiming at raising £2 per mile between us both, ending up at £2000.

The journey will take around two weeks without any support vehicles  - involving a lot of camping with the occasional youth hostel, all aimed at keeping money spent to a minimum.

The Douglas McMillan Hospice is a spectacular charity that look after those who suffer from cancer - so please donate anything you can to make someone's life better. This charity has further meaning for Matt whose grandad and great-uncle sadly passed away whilst being cared for at the hospice in 2004.
