For the third year running, I'm into the Great South Run - and once again for CAFOD.  As before, it'll be a great experience, great fun, and in a great cause. You're with thousands of other Runners there to help their favourite charities, and the people of Portsmouth cheer you all the way. So it's a very uplifting experience all round. And for the family who'll be there too.
