On June 1st 2009 my colleague Lewis Vague and I will embark on an epic journey ,on our trusty bikes,from one end of Britain to the other.We will be assisted by our good friend Willow.  The plan is to arrive nine days later weary but unscathed and having raised a shed load of money for the Cardiomyopathy association. This charity helped my family cope with the death of my brother Wayne ,aged 29,This is the 10th year that I have been fundraising for the C.M.A. and this is by far the biggest challenge that  I have faced.   Lewis will be realising a lifetimes ambition and has kindly agreed to raise funds for the same charity.  The level of support  and goodwill we are receiving is fantastic and without it this trip will not be possible. Many thanks to all who have already offered their services,and to any of you who do decide to donate we are so grateful. It will make every ache,pain,blister,bruise,puncture and pile worth it !
