About my charity : The Donkey Sanctuary The Donkey Sanctuary
The Donkey Sanctuary has taken over 12,000 donkeys into its care and has over 45 welfare officers who can follow up reports of cruelty to or neglect of donkeys, quickly and efficiently. It also works throughout the world helping to improve conditions for working donkeys and mules. A Charity registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales. Charity Registration No 264818

The Donkey Sanctuary work tirelessly to provide care and aid for Donkeys in the UK and worldwide. The support they provide to Donkeys in countries including Ethiopia, Kenya, Egypt, Mexico and India is invaluable and helps aid communities in these countries that rely on Donkeys for everyday tasks including transportation, water, wood and fuel collection, land cultivation and transportation of produce to market.

The charity is one that is very close to my family's hearts and was my little sister Rebecca's favourite charity. I am happy and proud to be running the London Marathon in support of the Donkey Sanctuary and in her loving memory.
