A leading youth charity supporting 13-25 year olds in inner cities, Fairbridge's long-term personal development programme uses a wide range of activities to enable marginalised young people to develop motivation, confidence and personal and social skills. For many, involvement with Fairbridge is the first step to reconnection with mainstream opportunities.

Hi all

Thank you all for your generous donations to my Marathon run this year. I survived and managed to get round in 4 hrs 8 mins.

This year I have decided to fundraise for Fairbridge. Based in 15 of the most disadvantaged areas in England, Scotland and Wales Fairbridge supports young people aged 13-25 who are not in education, employment or training, giving them the motivation, skills and confidence they need to change their lives. This is done through a variety of structured courses and projects which are tailor made for the individual youngsters. Further information can be found on their website: www.fairbridge.org.uk

All donations are gratefully received and donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Fairbridge will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
