<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;">In April 2012 – we will trek 100 km through the hottest place in the world – The Sahara Desert.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;">This is your opportunity to support us as we toil from mirage to mirage in 50 degree heat. Each one of us must raise <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">£2,550</strong>; a grand team total of <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">£10,200</strong>.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;">Why? Because of vulnerable children in UK who we are raising funds for – children of Barnardo’s charity (</span><a href="http://www.barnardos.org.uk/"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;">http://www.barnardos.org.uk/</span></a><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;">). Be it sexual abuse, domestic violence, disability, youth crime or unstable mental health, child poverty or homelessness, the money we invest together will help make their future just that bit brighter. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;">We plan not to be swept away by 1000m high windstorms and get lost within the moving sand dunes of Morocco’s Sahara region. But we do plan to try frying omelettes in the scorching sun! </span></p>
