Two pools of athletes, hand picked and ready for the heat of competition in the cauldron that is the Gorbals Complex, Glasgow...

1. FOOTBALL FIVES

Four men and one woman in each team - who will still be standing at the end?

2. BADMINTON

Two singles matches and one mixed doubles match - can you feel the tension?

3. GUINNESS

A test of nerve in a time-trialled relay - where it'll all be won and lost

To the victors, the fine new Select Scotland Triathlon Trophy.

ALL MONEY RAISED WILL GO STRAIGHT TO TOMORROW'S PEOPLE

...a fantastic charity helping 16 to 19 year olds out of difficult circumstances including drugs and gang cultures,into work.  The Tomorrow's People team work tirelessly to help people turn hopelessness into a real future.
