Dear All, First time in my life, planning to do long distance cycles ride to raise some money to Princess Trust Charity. This is a 45 mile (72 km) distance ride but I have never done more than 5 miles in the past. So this will be a big challenge to myself and need to push myself to complete full distance. Hope I will get support from my family and friends too.
