For the Second time, I am participating in the fantastic Uk Charity All Stars Ice Hockey tournament and I will be part of Mind team

Mental health isn’t talked about enough (despite an increase in media attention). As a illness, it is often insidious, invisible to others, and seemingly unbearable. I am ashamed to say that throughout most of my life, I have been blind to the effects it can have on people until recently.

End the stigma surrounding mental Health. Always check on your mates

I want to raise as much money as possible for them this year and I would appreciate any donations (whatever the amount) to help me reach my target
