I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in October 2013 and I started a blog detailing my story and experiences to motivate me,  empower and raise awareness of the wretched disease . Check out my blog;

I am  cashing in on this wretched disease and going to turn this burden into something amazing!!! I plan to have some fun and 'games' with this 'pesky cell', raise money and put it right in its place!!.

My first chemotherapy session was on the 16th January 2014 and I wore the winning home made hat from my good bye hair party as a dare......

I have 5 remaining sessions to go and at each of these I plan to make a twit of myself in some way or another to try and raise as much money as possible for the refurbishment of the chemotherapy suite.

My next chemotherapy round is on 10th February and if I raise £50 by this date I will go to Northampton General Hospital for my treatment wearing a bright pink afro wig.

To make it more interesting, if I raise £100 Steve, my partner, will also wear a red afro wig with me.

This is my first fundraining attempt ... so lets see where this takes us!
