for those who don't know i'm in my 3rd year at Medical School and i'm running in the Manchester 10k run on May 18th, for The Foundation For Al-Quds University Medical School.

I've never run 1k before let alone 10! so i need all the motivation i can get and what could be better than your support?!

The Medical school relies almost entirely on donations to teach the students. Here in the UK the Medical schools recieve millions of pounds from the governent to train future doctors and we get to train in some of the world best hospitals under consultants who are at the top of their field. The students in Palestine don't have the same luxury.

The medical school does a fantastic job in training the next generation of doctors for Palestine, a country which has a virtually non existant Health Care system, a country which desperately needs doctors.
