My marathon efforts will go towards running Guildford YMCA's 'Motivate' Project, which is based at their Plantation Cafe in Market Street. Please help me support this fantastic project so we can really change the lives of Guildford's young people!

Motivate, the project I'm supporting,  works with young people who are:

- Marginalised

- Adopting offending behaviour

- In prison

- Dependent on drugs or alcohol,

- Demotivated or just lack direction

Motivate uses group work and individual support sessions to really develop and encourage these young people and to re-engage them in areas they are interested in. Some of them are encouraged to attend the Princes Trust Team, run at the project, whilst others are helped and supported into education and training. Each year, over 60 youngsters are given help and support from the Motivate team to make profound and lasting changes to their lives.
