Every day around 4,000 children die from drinking diseased
water. That’s ONE child every 20 seconds.

Penny Appeal’s Thirst Relief project is installing wells in countries across Africa and Asia to give communities reliable access to clean water. This means they can drink, wash, make wudu, grow crops and water their animals safely. 

For this reason, I hope to trek Mt. Snowdon with Penny Appeal’s 'Walk for Water’ on the 29^th June 2019. The aim? To raise enough money to fund two life-saving water wells at £300 each, to help a community access clean and safe drinking water for years to come.
