Hi all,

My name is Shane Moon and i am Trekking Costa Rica mountains and rainforests in aid of alzheimers.My mother Ivyna Moon died of this terrible disease 4yrs ago.I miss my mother every day of my life as she was the most special person i have ever known.I have felt the hurt and heartbreak, as i could only watch as she was taken from us far to early.I admire so much the other families that i have seen be there every day to help the one they love through this hardship, as at times, i felt it very difficult to face.Your support in any way, would help to perhaps find a way of cureing, or stopping this terrible thing,also im sure it helps the staff who devote ther lives to looking after these onfortunate people,again i have the upmost respect.I promised i would do something in the memory of my mother, and having missed a couple of chances through ill health, try to stop me now.As i write this the hurting is still there, but the thought that i can do something special for my mother, and all the other sufferers gives me a warm feeling inside.Any donation small or large will go a long way to help fight this terrible thing.The hurt i feel losing my special mother, is felt by so many others, including my family.
