My personal message:

I'm running on Sunday in Hyde Park to help raise awareness of bowel cancer, also known as colon cancer in the US. I'm specifically running in honor of my father-in-law Malcolm, who was diagnosed with bowel cancer earlier this year and has fought his way through chemo and radiation, and finally surgery, and recently learned he is now free of cancer.
